Shipping

All orders ship within 2-3 days. Once your package is shipped you will receive a tracking number. Every correctional facility package room has their own policy your love one shall receive their package within 5-7 days after it's shipped.

Returns and Exchanges
At Love Thru Hardtime, we're committed to providing great quality products as promised. We only provide products accepted by NYC Department Of Corrections. However, if  your package or partial of your package is turned away please have it mailed to us we will gladly offer a full refund or exchange for equal value. Ship all returns to:

Exceptions:
Holiday merchandise returns will not be accepted after 15 days from the date of Purchase.
 

Any products that are customized or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged
